He is an expert trainer in Stress Management and Adaptive Resilience.
He works as Clinical Specialist in Behavioural Sleep Medicine and General Medicine (chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia service) at RLHIM/UCLH London and as an Associate Fellow at Said Business School, Oxford University.
He is author of the book “The Quiet Heart. Putting Stress into its Place.” (2007)
He has also developed a mobile app, Resony, for stress management and resilience.

In 2011, I have joined London Integrated Health Ltd as Practice Manager and director. Oversee the company’s administration and the operations team that delivers work and also support our clients.
I completed my MSS in Political Science at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh and a MSc in International Business Management degree from University of East London.
Prior to this, I worked in administration and operations for a multinational company and a number of organisations; including Import & Export, a law firm, a college and a private clinic. In my free time I enjoy travelling, craft and fashion.
