Our R Cube app for Android and iOS provides resilience and stress management training based on cutting edge neurophysiological research. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood and helps to develop physical and emotional resilience. With the help of an Emotional wellbeing assessment (8 item questionnaire) a individually tailored training programme is provided comprised of well researched mind-body interventions, based on heart rate variability training (feedback), engagement and relaxation trainings, third wave cognitive behaviour therapy, emotion focused and mindfulness exercises. The app can track your wellbeing and monitor your stress levels and your progress.
