Stress, health and performance: Chronomedical assessment

  • Measures and assesses the impact of stress on your health, ageing process, sleep quality and performance. The process includes:
  • History-taking by a doctor
  • Emotional health and well-being assessment
  • 24-ECG to measure Heart Rate Variability and to match these measurements to individual activities
  • Coaching session by Dr Peter Gruenewald to advise you on lifestyle, emotional management, sleep hygiene, Heart Rate Variability training and/or other therapeutic interventions (such as natural food state supplements, anthroposophic medicine).
