Common issues treated include anxiety, depression, insomnia, relatiotnship issues, parenting and eating disorders.
I take a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to understanding your condition and use an integrative approach in therapy that is focused on both acceptance and change, enhancing strengths and solving problems at the same time in order to help you become a stronger and more authentic self.
